Today, we will be talking about my daily routine and yes, I am more of a routine person than a spontaneous person. The routine is divided into morning, afternoon, and night routines.
Having a routine helps me to be organised, scheduled and create a work-life balance. It also helps me to maximise my time and cut down on distracting activities. Days when I don’t set a schedule for myself, I have set myself up for laziness.
Sometimes, I adjust these routines to allow for more productivity or when I want to prioritize my health.
